despite the fact that you and your husband may need youre marriage certificate ASAP….you must wait 2 weeks.
And despite the wait, when you go and pick it up they may say….oh you did it wrong and we couldve caught this problem when you first came to request a marriage license but we are just a sucky bureaucratic...
